"App not installed": Usually an older copy of NX Browser is still present with a different signature. Uninstall it first — including for other users on the device — then install again.
"Parse error": The file did not download completely, or the build does not match your device. NX Browser requires Android 7.0+; check that first, then download again on a stable connection.
